Harvester Bias Tyre

 

Harvester bias tyres are a kind of specially designed tyres, which are characterized by being made of rubber materials with thick carcasses and deep tread patterns, good puncture resistance, anti-skid , self-cleaning and adaptability, which can provide stable support and good performance for agricultural machinery under many different road conditions, and its bias structural design also helps to provide good abrasion resistance and long service life, which is also suitable for use in harsh environments.These tyres are mainly suitable for agricultural machinery vehicles, such as tractors and harvesters, especially for operation in conditions of high soil moisture, such as muddy rice paddies or paddy fields.

 

 

1. Good abrasion resistance. Harvester bias tyres have good abrasion resistance, thanks to their special materials and manufacturing processes. For example, these tyres are designed with a deep tread pattern for slippery surfaces, which contributes to the tyre's wear resistance;

2. Good Stability. The carcass cord fabric of harvester bias tyres generally adopts nylon cord fabric, with many layers and large inter-layer shear force, which enables the tyres to maintain a stable shape and is not easy to deform in the process of driving;

3. Good safety. Harvester bias tyres have a harder carcass, a high strength dipped rubber cord fabric, and a steel wire rim design, which can provide better support for the machinery in poor road conditions, reduce the risk of rollover, and also help to improve the safety and durability of the tyres. ;

● Agricultural tyres are defined as tyres that are specifically used for agricultural machinery and are resistant to abrasion, punctures, high temperatures and other characteristics. ● Agricultural bias tyres, also known as general structure tyres, are pneumatic tyres in which the adjacent layers of the cords of the carcass cord and cushion plies cross and are arranged at an angle of less than 90° to the centerline of the tread. Their characteristics of good longitudinal rigidity, good stability, stable support and good wear resistance and good load-carrying capacity have made them widely used on agricultural vehicles, especially where they are required to adapt to complex terrain and provide good grip.
