Baler Tyre

 

Baler tyres are made of rubber to ensure sufficient abrasion resistance and durability, and the tread of the tyre is designed with a specific tread pattern to suit the needs of farm work and short-distance transport and to help provide good traction and grip as well as protect the soil and crops. ● Agricultural tyres are defined as tyres that are specifically used for agricultural machinery and are resistant to abrasion, punctures, high temperatures and other characteristics. According to the tyre carcass structure and purpose, agricultural tyres can be classified into agricultural radial tyres, agricultural bias tyres, agricultural implement tyres and agricultural construction machinery tyres. ● Agricultural bias tyres, also known as general structure tyres, are pneumatic tyres in which the adjacent layers of the cords of the carcass cord and cushion plies cross and are arranged at an angle of less than 90° to the centerline of the tread. Their characteristics of good longitudinal rigidity, good stability, stable support and good wear resistance and good load-carrying capacity have made them widely used on agricultural vehicles, especially where they are required to adapt to complex terrain and provide good grip.
