Harvester Radial Tyre

 

Agricultural harvester radial tyre is a kind of special tyres designed for agricultural machinery, made of high quality rubber materials, wider tread, tread depth is larger and "herringbone" pattern, harvester radial tyres special tread and structural design makes the tyres have a high load carrying capacity, good traction good abrasion resistance and resistance to cuts. These tyres are mainly used for agricultural machinery such as harvesters, tractors and other farmland operation machinery vehicles.

 

 

1. High cut and puncture resistance. Harvester radial tyres are made of special materials with thicker crowns and hardened belt bundle layers, which makes the harvester prevent from cutting when encountering stems, leaves and weeds of various crops during operation, and not easy to be punctured when encountering sharp objects, increasing the service life of the tyres;

2. High load (pressure) resistance. Due to the structural characteristics of radial tyres, the harvester is able to withstand larger loads, withstand higher pressure and maintain stability during operation. Suitable for harvesters, tractors and other heavy agricultural machinery;

3. Good shock absorption performance. The high radial elasticity of the radial first tyre provides good cushioning performance, which helps the harvester to reduce the vibration while driving and makes the operation more relaxed and comfortable;

4. Higher economy. Harvester radial tyres are not easy to deform, and can reduce fuel consumption by 3%-8%, which greatly saves costs;

5. Good heat dissipation performance. Due to the small number of cord fabric layers and thin sidewalls, the harvester radial tyres have good heat dissipation performance and are suitable for use in high temperature environments;

6. Good driving stability. The unique tread design of harvester radial tyres makes the grounding area large, reduces the phenomenon of side-slip of the tread, provides good adhesion performance, improves driving stability, and is conducive to improving operational efficiency;

7. High traction. Since the tread of radial tyres is less prone to deformation, they provide better ground grip stability, which contributes to the traction of the harvester, especially where higher traction is required during operations.
